Re: .300 ACC Blackout for field pistol
Out of curiosity, would you consider allowing it if it was stipulated that it must be loaded for sub-sonic velocity?

Would I be correct that you are referring to PH short course? PH Long is shot on BB targets.JACKIE40X40 wrote:300 Blackout will not be allowed in PH or FP,at OKCGC.

Re: .300 ACC Blackout for field pistol
I'm surprised someone hasn't chimed in by now (so I will) about allowing 300 Whisper and/or 300/221 Rimmed. You know how rule Nazis are, if you don't mention all three cartridges someone will suspect the unmentioned one or ones are allowed. I'm sure that will be three NOs from Jim.

Re: .300 ACC Blackout for field pistol
For this ban, I consider .300 whisper, .300 ACC Blackout, .300-.221, and the .300-.221 rimmed to all be the same.
In fact I have a reamer from PTG that is marked with both designations. Rimmed is different of course.
None are appropriate for FP. And of course that goes for PH short.
