I was not able to make the deadline at the first of the year for membership renewal*
I sent my renewal, finally, about 4 weeks ago, and have received nothing! Is there a way
to directly contact Cindy, to see if she has even received my money order? Thanks in advance
for any help on this issue*

Who is Cindy?
Cathy Hillyer is membership. Her address is the one listed on the membership form on the main page.
It is in Lafayette, In.
Are you using an old membership application form?
Here is the current one.

Re: 2025 membership
Paid my membership via PayPal on 1/12/25. Have not received anything from Cathy. Is there an E-Mail address to contact her?
Re: 2025 membership
So, in other words, there is no way to contact Cathy? No e-mail address, etc?

Re: 2025 membership
I sent my MO to the address listed in IHMSA news on 3/14/25 and have heard nothing!
I would think that she had gotten it by now, but still no new member/score card! If I contact Wells Fargo, they
charge, or did, about 8 dollars to look up who cashed the money order, so guess I'll wait a few more weeks to
see if my new card shows up, but it would be nice if she had a listed phone number that I could call and talk directly

Re: 2025 membership
Since this topic has come up, I'll fill in the membership on part of the problem.
All of the mail here goes thru Indianapolis, both inbound and outbound. The USPS service at the Indy distribution center is legendary, and not in a good way. There is a constant 2 week backlog, meaning USPS will randomly select some current mail to be put on hold while they process some of the backlog. Want to check? just google "Indianapolis post office delays" and see what comes up. A recent complaint was from a business owner who mailed a letter with a tracking number on Jan 8, and it was finally delivered Feb 24. Mail routinely gets rerouted thru Denver, Springfield Illinois, Louisville KY, etc.
I bought a rifle last summer from a dealer in Missouri. Dealer sent me the tracking number from his receipt from post office. After a few days, I called St.Louis post office (multiple times), Postmaster on duty there personally walked his warehouse and couldn't find my rifle. Arrived at my dealer 17 days later, tracking said it was still in St.Louis. I have no idea how it actually arrived here, there is no tracking history.
Bottom line....it may take 2 weeks to get to Cathy, a few days to process, and a couple weeks to get back to you.
Thanks in advance for your patience. If you have a question or concern, give me a call 6 pm- 9pm Eastern time, or text.
