Small base 25-20 dies?

I’ve got a pair of Bullberry 25-20 TC barrels with tight chambers. Both are very accurate, but can have extraction problems if the brass is not fully sized in a FL die. Does anybody make a small base sizing die for the 25-20?

Neither can chamber brass made from Starline 32-20 brass. 32-20 brass is about .005” wider at the case web. Factory 25-20 brass is rare and expensive. Starline 32-20 brass is cheap when they’ve produced a run. Does anybody make a die I could use to size the web portion of the Starline 32-20 case to 25-20 specs?
