saddle sight adjustment

i recently purchased a super 14 barrel with org. t/c saddle sights,having removed the sights i plan to mount them on a 10" barrel for small bore,is this possible to use sights off a 14" barrel on a 10" barrel and what is the click value on saddle sights from thompson? 1/2 inch @100yds?

The side mount sight on a 10" barrel would be legal but I don't have an answer about the value of the clicks. I do know the newest non-optic rear sight on TC barrels is very accurate and very repeatable with very precise clicks. The side mount sights look cool but as far as precision, I think the new style rear sight is better. Side mount is still a good sight to use.
