hi folks,
looking for info on the 270 max. it is made on the 357 max case, with a 277 bullet, in 130gns. seen it shot in bb years ago. thanks....dan

One of my favorite cartridges! Several of us here have load data.
20 grains of 2015 is a good place to start, you can go up or down a bit. I run 115 grain bullets on chickens and pigs. I was surprised that the 140's (both Hornady and Sierra) shot much better with the bullet substantially off the lands, up to .100" in my MOA. My twist rate is too slow to stabilize 150's
