E. A. Brown & co.

Post by LOCKHART »

I am thinking of buying one of their rear sights with rib, for my BF pistol. Anyone have any good or bad things to say about this company? It seemed a few years back they were out of favor with some members.

Been supporting IHMSA for years. Production can't keep up with demand. I was their last fall, shop very busy building some of the best shooting guns anywhere.
Don't think your going to be disappointed in anything from them

Thanks, John. I met Eben Brown at Mickey Smith's house in Ft. Stockton and he seemed like a nice guy.

I had some troubles with some of his workers back in the 90's. But it seems they are a good group of people now to work with.

I have a one on a T/C. Works real good. The price is reasonable for a good sight set.

I ordered this sight set on this past Tuesday, and received it on Friday! Great service! I put it on my original BF, serial #522, and I'm ready to sight it in for our next match at CTSA on March 13. This is a very nicely made sight set.
