The following results are for the JPRPC BB Silhouette Match July 27 2014.
This was by far the hottest match we have shot this year. Temps were in the 90's and the humidity was quite high. I
would like to welcome back to our range Steve Beck-Montgomery. As most know he relocated a couple years ago.
Hope you have an opportunity to return Steve. Also Mike Davis returned. As stated last month Mike is a seasoned
silhouette shooter and is quite helpful during our match.
Kathy Howard shot a practice match on the FP targets shooting Flop with a 22LR Anschutz. Kathy hit 34 first time
out! Looking forward to seeing her results in a rimfire match. Those of you that have wife's or a significant other's don't hesitate to get them involved. Also, welcome to Jean Wories Pete's wife. Our goal is to grow so
thank you for attending to everyone.
I have spent the last two months training in California. I must say everyone's help on this warm day was greatly
appreciated. I was unable to attend the Internationals this year due to that work commitment. The scores for the
2014 Oklahoma City IHMSA International Match are posted on IHMSA.org. You might want to view the final scores.
Some of IHMSA's best shooters performed very well this year. The International match is for everyone regardless of
class. Please consider attending sometime in the future.
Everyone continues to improve although this month the elements caused a few lower scores.
Thank you to everyone that helped with target setup and take down.
