Left the Range--Region 8

Region 8 and Wyoming state director Jim Tolbert of Cheyenne, WY passed away today. His leadership and tremendous involvement in IHMSA will be forever appreciated and sorely missed.

It was always one of my highlights to see Jim and his wife at the INTLs; I like many others will miss him and his cool, calm demeanor. My heart goes out to the family and loved ones. Rest well
