New California Firearm Bills Proposed

Post by 19 Turkeys »

Fox News just put out a news alert that CA has 10 proposed firearms bills on the table. I do not know what they all are, but the 2 mentioned would (1) ban the sale of semi-automatic rifles with detachable magazines and (2) require a background check for the purchase of ammunition.

In the news release, CA boasted that it would be the most restrictive legislation in the US if all is passed. Of course, the DemoRats have control of both houses and Governor Moonbeam is in the governor's seat; so, they do not need any Republican votes to get this through.

Their professed goal is to see just how far they can go with this. Right thinking Californians are encouraged to move to Oregon while you can. :)

Due to recent cutbacks the light at the end of the tunnel has been turned off.
