In the news release, CA boasted that it would be the most restrictive legislation in the US if all is passed. Of course, the DemoRats have control of both houses and Governor Moonbeam is in the governor's seat; so, they do not need any Republican votes to get this through.
Their professed goal is to see just how far they can go with this. Right thinking Californians are encouraged to move to Oregon while you can.
