GREAT TIME AT THE ECC!!

I would like to take this time and opportunity to thank each and everyone who attended the EEC. I would also like to thank Greg and Kathy for putting up with this big crowd the past week. Had a great time, shot fair on some well on others. Had the chance to put names and faces together and saw some I have shot with over the yrs. I would also like to thank the vendors who donated door prizes to the event. I think everyone had a good time and hope Greg and Kathy will host the event this coming yr. as well. Weather didn't cooperate very well, but for some states, the weather was quite nasty. Rain, wind, cool spell really didn't stop things, for everything ran rather smoothly. Setters done a fantastic job keeping things running on time, even with a few break downs which they were readily re-paired. Great food was cooked on the premises also. Couldn't ask for better match. Again-Thank You Greg and Kathy!

Congratulations Greg & Kathy. I could not possibly agree more with your selection to recieve the Riddle Cup this year. There can be no question that you exemplify the very best of the spirit of our sport. Nobody works harder or is more dedicated. Bravo.

Kathy and myself thank you for the kind words. We feel honored to receive the Riddle Cup. I considered Steve a friend. The ECC is a group effort and would not have happened without the efforts of David and Kim Bemis and Robbie Spencer. Louann our cook raised $609.00 for her youth group. I know there was a couple of anonymous donations, thanks guys. There was $309.00 in the tip jar, we held Robbie down and gave that to him. Other than the rain every thing went fine. We are glad you enjoyed youeself.

We shot 222 entries for score and 1 re-entry. If I do not have surgery and we can talk David into it we will try it again next year. Tentative date is April 23-26. That way I miss the Ga state match and Tusco match.

I may have some shirts for sale, give me time to sort through them for size and I will get back to you.

I should have the scores posted by saturday night.

What a great time at the ECC-2, Greg, Kathy and David put on a wonderful shoot and as many of you know I’m about food and the feed at this shoot was second to none. Breakfast to order every morning and hot lunch every afternoon – I gained 5 pounds. I plan to be back next year.
PS: AND as promised Greg arranged for Blue Birds, butterflies, rainbows and sunshine
