You are correct that an XPin .221 Fireball was at one time Production legal. I forgot that one. I took a look at the rule book and that is no longer the case as it is not under Production or Allowed/Not Allowed.

If it's got to be made to the general public,how is freedom arms a production gun,you have to special order through a dealer?

Because the general public can order one. "Available to the general public" does not mean walk out of a gun shop with one.
