T/C barrel ?

T/C barrel ?
I have aquired a T/C contender barrel in 7mm TCU 10 inch long. On the side of the barrel is engraved "IHMSA Classic 2000" Does anyone know any information regarding the origin etc. of this barrel?

This was a special run of 100? Barrels made by TC specifically for IHMSA. I believe they were sold out of headquarters. The reasoning was that there were no readily available barrels in calibers that were conducive to silhouette shooting.
TC had discontinued making the 7TCU and I think by then they had discontinued making 10" barrels. At the time TC would make any length, any caliber as long as you ordered 100. So that is what the board did to promote the sport. Anybody with ore knowledge or a better memory feel free to chime in.
