2025 Membership renewal info

The 2025 membership year is quickly approaching.

Cathy Hillyer (in Lafayette, Indiana) is our membership director, updated membership forms are available on the IHMSA.org website, just click on the words "Main Page" on the main header at top of this thread and scroll down a bit. I encourage match directors to toss out any old forms and print off a couple current forms with the correct address.

If you mail your renewal to an old address, the Post Office may not forward. Last year, we dealt with renewals that members sent to an old Utah address, went into a dead letter file, the members didn't get their cards, their checks never got cashed, and after several weeks they had to repeat the renewal process and send to the correct address.

When using PayPal, please make a notation on your payment as to the purpose. Membership payments and sanction fee payments look similar.

I just did my 2025 renewal via PayPal. Same way I paid I paid for the 2024 renewal. Hopefully I will get a new score card for 2025….the 2023 card is getting a little full
