WTB .357 mag 14" contender barrel.
Looking to get a barrel for big bore, I am a shooter not a collector so looking a reasonable priced barrel. I can get a brand new Bullberry for $379 but just checking if anyone has one laying around they want to get rid of. Already shooting .357 mag in FP. Thanks

Check with edstc.com
Ed is showing a new 12” .357 for $275 and he also show NIB 14” but with a call for pricing.
Ed is straight up guy and a lot of us have bought and sold TC barrels from and to him.
I always check Ed before ebay or gunbroker as he is honest and usually much cheaper.

Steve, a 14'' barrel places you in Unlimited, including Unlimited--any sights and Standing Unlimited.
There are better cartridges for those, most commonly the 7mm-TCU.
Unless from the TC custom shop I'm unaware of any TC 14''' in 357 Mag.
Find a 10in TC or other 357M barrel. It will serve for Prod, Standing, Unl, and FP-Prod if you wish.
and you can re-enter it as an Unl or Unl-any sights or a Standing Unl any sights.
If you scope it you may use it in Unl-any sights and Unl Standing plus FP any sights.
A 10'' doesnt give up anything if scoped; but it would give up sight radius with iron sights.
If you do go with 357M you will be best served by 180 and 200gr bullets for full size targets.
The 357M is a good choice if you cast your bullets. Lee offers a copy of the RCBS 35--200FN.
Richard
EDIT----you are shooting FP with a 10''' barrel. The other categories await investigation.
