I recently picked up a 10" Contender barrel in 357 Max. I am currently unable to get Max brass, but have 360DW brass because of another barrel. I am looking for load recommendations for a 190gr FP Hunter Supply (plain base green lube no pc) bullet Midway sells. I have IMR 4227, H110, 2400, A1680, and LilGun for powders and SPM or SR primers to choose from.
My current accuracy 360DW load is a Speer 158gr SP over 19.5gr H110 for my carbine barrel. It is quite the fireball thrower in the 10" Max barrel, but has no pressure indicators. Any suggestions for the 190gr lead bullet?
