Lee 55 RF in 22 Hornet
About a month ago and after alot of looking I decided to give cast a go in the Hornet. I looked at molds and took a shot with the Lee 2 cav to see what the potential was. Finally got everything in cast some up , lubed and checked they were consistent at 57 gr. . I loaded some up and finally got to the range this morning , tried a batch with Unique and no dice . I had 3 sets loaded with IMR 4198 first 2 sets of 5 no dice but getting better . The 3rd set looked good , if some one hadn't pulled the 5th shot it would have been a 1 1/4" group at 100 . 7 gr. of 4759 put 5 in 1 3/4" at 100 . I'm out of AA 9 when I catch another pound I'll try some as well as H110 .

Try 231. It works very well for me. I can't list the charge weight because it's an unpublished load.
