Just way too far out of my budget for picking up a collector item that I intend to reintroduce to the IHMSA sport. I wanted to go as much as original as possible without the modifications as it was back in the beginning when they were introduced for the sport.

The 221. Fireball is stock and I have an original brown plastic stock for it and some ammo. I believe the walnut thumb hole stock to be original from Remington but I could be wrong. A friend gave me an original plastic stock that he had laying around so with that stock for sure it would be in original condition. Remington sold some XP-100's from the custom shop with the walnut stock I can't say this is one of those but when I bought it I thought it might be. I bought this one as an investment and now I plan to cash in that investment.

Gundog, Where abouts are you in Washington. We would love to have you come shoot with us at Paul Bunyan in Puyallup. We shoot BB, SB & FP all at the same match.
