I plan to attend the match Saturday at Lincolnton and will be driving up to that area tonight. I can find motels in the Augusta area, but are there motels closer to Lincolnton? Don't see any online.

There used to be a Jamison Inn in Washington - not sure if it is still open. I used to stay in Thomson when I shot in Lincolnton.

Check for lodging in Washington Ga. There used to be a Jamieson Inn there I think. If you stay in Washington. Go to the little town square. There's a restaurant called Another Place In Thyme there. Was a great place to eat. Plus there is the world famous Chicken Shack in Lincolnton itself. Washington is about 10 miles or so from the range on the same road.

The nearest motel that I have used is the Cullars Inn. They are clean and reasonable. They are about 4 mi EAST of C E Norman Rd. The range is on Norman Rd at 3333. The gate should be open. Enter and turn left slightly downhill, then right and follow to the range. The cattle gates are chained closed. After you pass close them. They use barbed wire. Getting snagged is no fun. Bring water. rp

I enjoyed it immensely. Everyone made it very easy and comfortable to shoot IHMSA for the first time. Great group of guys and great shooters who were all willing to share their knowledge. Wonderful range. I certainly plan to be there again soon. Wish I lived a few hours closer.
