XP100 7TCU

After a few minor issues I now have the 7mm TCU XP-100 in hand. Should be smoother sailing for anyone contemplating the 7mm BR.

The receiver did have some old rust on the LH side, but most of it went away with 0000 steel wool and oil. One small patch still shows, no real pitting.

Otherwise, as described and as shown.

Might see if we can work out a deal on the 7mm BR if no one else jumps on it first! (Gotta pay for the root canal before more toys.)
