OK, the new Sec/Treas is handling membership. Who is handling match supplies? I have been trying to get scorecards for 2 months. Obviously HQ in WY has failed to pay the light bill.

It's time for full disclosure please.

I have it on excellent authority that people are working on getting the match supplies out and our new secretary treasurer is indeed working on the financials.

Have I missed something here ?? It was my understanding that we were to print our own Score Cards........If that is not the case; please let me know.

Bob, Its a choice thing. If a club doesn't have a way to print their own scorecards or still wants scorecards from HQ, then the cards can be mailed to the club. Other clubs can print from this website to help cut printing costs.

The longer it takes for someone of responsibility to answer this the more I am believing there is a termite in the woodpile. We are paying money into this organization & I we do have a right to know what is happening.

As you all know very well, there has been trouble getting responses, membership cards and match supplies in a timely manner.
So many of those duties are being shipped off to other locations to better serve the membership.
