Just curious but when I saw those pictures it looks as if both ends of the front hood and end of barrel are cut on an angle. Might just be the angle of the camera.

angle of the camera. The hood is square on both ends. The hood is cut off and chamfered on a lathe.

Have been trying to buy back my first one. I now who has it, he owns 35-40 MOA's but will not sell it back. Darn!
