I've got a really nice set of elk sheds that are 6x6 (that's a 12 point for you easteners) that are a matching set that I found two years ago from a herd bull up in the high Rockies of Colorado!
These sheds have been garaged and are still dark brown with white tips. The tips show a bit of wear from fighting and rubbing.
I'm trying my best to get back into shooting steel from a 30+ year layoff and am trying to build up the arsenal again. I was gonna mount then myself for the house, but the wife said, uh...no!
If there be anyone interested in doing some trading I'm looking for any of the following: a long eye relief scope, 10" contender .22LR blued bull barrel with sights, grip and forend for a contender, 14" contender unlimited barrel-blued and bull with sights, etc...barrels need to be 2 piece bolts.
I know it's a shot in the dark, but I figured some whitetail hunters would want to own a set of REAL antlers.

You can purchase plastic skulls made for mounting these SWEET looking elk antlers as a European mount that will be the talk of the neighborhood!
The story of how you got them is totally up to you! I'm thinking a head shot at 400 yards while standing with open sights, sun in your eyes and 50 mph cross wind shooting a contender loaded with 125 grain cast .38 special! One shot...One kill!
