I was able to open it on my laptop - Power Point presentation - very nice !!

it is a microsoft powerpoint file which comes with most versions of Microsoft office.

here is a viewer program but might not work with newer powerpoint versions past office 2010:

Microsoft office does not come on Mac computers, but normally included on windows machines.

I have not used the viewer, But you need to start the file like a video. That is how you need to do it with powerpoint.
