Hello,
I have a 3 peice die set made by RCBS (PART NUMBER 55000) for sale. I also have 125 loaded rounds and 100 empty cases. The loaded rounds were made from .222 cases and the empties from 6x47 cases. Any questions please ask and I will accept any honest and reasonable price. Thanks.

About the dies....sizer, seater, and what is the third die? Are you willing to separate? I would be interested in the empties made from 6x47 cases. Thanks

Side note. I have some 7mm Helm dies. Anyone know what cartridge that is. I know it is longer than a 7TCU.

I think it is based on the 222Magum case necked up to 7mm, same shoulder angle and body taper260 Striker wrote:Side note. I have some 7mm Helm dies. Anyone know what cartridge that is. I know it is longer than a 7TCU.

There are actually 2 7mm helm cartridges, There is the 7x47 Helm which is the 222 Rem Mag case necked up to 7mm (basically the 7x47).260 Striker wrote:Side note. I have some 7mm Helm dies. Anyone know what cartridge that is. I know it is longer than a 7TCU.
The other is the 7x50 Helm based on the 5.56 x 50 case. I cannot even find a diagram for this Case!

Re: RCBS dies for 7x47
I have a rifle in a 7x47 Helm. It is indeed a 222 Mag case necked up to 7mm. I also have a 6x47 rifle, same parent case. It is a bit longer than a 223 case, although the 223 will work. The shoulder is more conventional than the 7 TCU, not sure without checking but I'm guessing it's 25 degrees +/-. I love my 6x47 rifle, I think the caliber was designed as a benchrest cartridge by Mike Walker of Remington fame, and was popular before the 6PPC came into play. Federal made 6x47 nickel plated match brass, I still have some.
