AMT Hardballer: Seeking Info

I received an email from a gentleman looking for some information. Let me know if you have any on this topic.
I recently bought a beautiful AMT Hardballer Longslide .45; the only serial number is IHMSA 021, on the right side of the stainless frame. The left side is marked with the IHMSA logo, plus HARDBALLER LONG SLIDE, over 1 OF 25, over AUTOMATIC CALIBER .45 plus the AMT logo. It's an early El Monte CA gun. I'm just trying to establish the gun's birthday; any chance someone in your organization might know? It appears to be from a run of 25 guns for IHMSA, back in the 70's.
