changes to contact information

we made some slight changes in the email contacts.
Mainly, Each board member, headquarters, committee, and coordinators will now have a @ihmsa.org email address to make it easier during transitions, contacting, etc.
so examples are like this:
Headquarters will now be headquarters@ihmsa.org
president would be president@ihmsa.org
region directors would have an email address like region1@ihmsa.org
committees such as Rules committee would be like rules@ihmsa.org
and as mine for smallbore records would be 22records@ihmsa.org
some email addresses are not fully setup but should be done in next week or two.
