ihmsa forums

Another string on the forum has been discussing the recently disclosed financial situation that befell IHMSA. The IHMSA bylaws were referred in the last few posted comments. I have searched this forum and the IHMSA home page and cannot find a current, or any copy of the IHMSA Bylaws.
Where are they?????
I'm sure I have just overlooked them in my search.
Perhaps they should be posted along with the rules on the IHMSA home page unless there is some reason they should not be shown to the public.

I have a copy of the By-Laws dated 2007; I doubt these are the latest though.

I have that copy too but was wondering if the bylaws should be public on the IHMSA home page for everyone to see.
I worked with Steve over a year ago to modernize the rules but I doubt the bylaws have been touched since 2007.

The bylaws can only be amended by a vote of the membership. 2007 is my latest as well. I am sure these are the latest as I do not remember any vote of the membership to amend them in the past 11 years.

Thanks Steve. I guess they should be available to all members possibly on the IHMSA homepage. Most of the members probably don't know what they say.
