I've seen the term "High Senior" used in regards to match results. So at what age do we consider a shooter to be "Senior"? I suspect many of us fit the moniker.

I have been thinking that myself, But I cannot find it anywhere where it states the age somebody is a Senior. :-\

You are automatically a senior when they start giving senior discounts at restaurants automatically without even asking! :)

I was aware that IHMSA does allow a "Senior" designation but does not specify what age constitutes the tag. In our society there is no wide spread agreement on what age it takes. Senior associations use 55. Medicare kicks in at 65. Social Security for some starts at age 62. Does anyone know what age is used at the larger matches? Regional & Internationals?

We talked about this at the Internationals Annual Meeting around 2004 - the magic number (as I recall) was 60 !

I'm pretty sure the definition is senior =60 years of age. Super senior = 70 years of age.
