What's with all the debug error messages at the top of the forum?? Am I the only one that sees them??

it is an error in a script. Only people who can fix it though are the admins (which I am not)

I'm an Admin and I have no idea how to fix it. The person that originally designed this forum has not taken the time to keep it updated.
