Is with great sadness that I report the passing of our good friend Mike Rowles. Many on these boards knew him as Mr. DW.
Mike was a true supporter of silhouettes for years and particularly when shot with Dan Wesson revolvers.
He repped Dan Wesson and was a huge promoter of these fine revolvers.

I only recently learned of his illness and he left this earth far to soon.

Our thoughts and prayers go to his wife Jean during this difficult and trying time.

I'm without words!!!! Mike was at one of our recent matches and seemed to be OK. We have lost a good shooting friend. He liked experimenting with his TCs and had some really different barrels to try. I guess he can now have some more matches with Larry Harris. So sad to hear this.

Sorry to hear this. I never met Mike but did have communications and dealings with him over the net. He seemed to be a great guy. Condolences to the family.

I've known Mike since the 1980's, shot many matches with him over the years, talked a lot about silhouette and Dan Wesson revolvers. So very sad to hear about this, it just hit me like a ton of bricks. Many years ago he sold me a factory prototype revolver. That gun just became my most cherished firearm.

Rest in peace, Mr. DW.
