I am deeply sorry to hear the passing of Lee Bobbitt this past week. I had spoken with him a few weeks back and he also had bought some bullets from me a few month back as well. I had the pleasure of meeting him and also shooting a match with him a few years back. He was quite a gentleman and loved IHMSA. He will be greatly missed.

Shot with Lee at several Internationals. He was a true gentleman and was vey helpful to me when I was editing the IHMSA News. We are certainly diminished!

Adios friend,

Steve W.

Lee was one of those rare individuals that leave a life-long impression on you. He probably experimented more than anyone I have ever met, and always had the unusual and interesting guns. As a man, he was opinionated and could come across as "crusty" - but he was dead-on with his comments and beliefs. I am deeply saddened by his passing, and I am honored to have been able to call him friend. Rest easy Lee ! **==

My deepest condolences to Lee's family. We as a group once again are sadly diminished with the passing of one of our own. I met Lee in 1990 at our Region II Smallbore Championship. I shot with him many times after that all over Region II and at the Internationals. I certainly will miss that smile of his when we all get together in the future.
