Pinshooter is my handle on all shooting forums. When I joined the forums I was shooting in a lot of freindly bowling pin shoots.

In my first year of shooting, Ed Ganz was coaxing me into shooting the state match. When I told him I didn't know which event to enter, Ed said "Shoot them all, you never know when you're going to get hot!" So I started shooting all the events, back then BB & SB only had 4 each. Shooting a good aggregate was personally satisfying, so I focused on the all-around scores. So the email address and handle seemed to fit.

It means that I prefer to not conceal who I really am, and it's on my birth cert., driver's license, deeds, vehicle titles, etc.
I use it everywhere I can and easy to remember. If it's prohibited to use your real name or any part of your email (jamesgammel@yahoo com), then I use the only one I can stomach (so far only needed to twice), "nonebutgotta" (read: NONE, but Gotta) meaning no handle, but gotta come up with something anyway. One place I have to use it is at Gunbroker.
