20 some odd years ago we rented a box truck to haul several Allison engines all the way to Minneapolis about this time of year. Good comet viewing on the way. Snow piled up 2-3 feet in places and sub freezing mornings were a surprise! My Australian buddy and I had enough of that truck coming back and quickly swapped it for a sedan. Expensive swap, BTW! Probably my longest "there and back straight away" road trip ever. Still not real keen on a repeat, but if I for sure had a place to put them, locally, it would be good incentive.
