re-barrel rules

I have spoken to the rules committee and the reply was "Since there has been no MOA's produced since it was sold, then a re=barrel from a competent gunsmith with the same barrel length, weight, contour, etc. to the original manufacture would be legal for production use. But, it has to conform to the original.
