As far as local clubs being the key to the success of IHMSA I agree.

I don't recall reading any complaints about matches or the way they are conducted on this forum.

At matches everyone is generally in a good mood, friendly and willing to help each other out. It just a good atmosphere.

Here on the forum there is so much complaining about the direction/leadership of IHMSA I can't believe steps are not being taken to answer questions that are brought up, give a clear direction for the future of the organization, steps being taken to move in that direction and an ask help in areas that need it.

I love shooting the IHMSA matches, but due to very recent developments in
my job, I will be unemployed as of March 27th, so my participation is gonna
be limited to my local range in New Braunfels, Texas, and will be very limited
at that. Having said that, I hope this organization gets back on its feet and starts
to thrive again. So, there will be no more International matches for me, regardless
of where they are held. But, I still havent heard from IHMSA on my membership.
