Charles was a very enthusiastic silhouette shooter. He asked me lots of questions and we looked forward to the day we could meet and shoot together. That day will still come. He will be missed. Condolences to his family.

So sorry to hear this. I got to know Charles when I sold him an Apache XP in 6BR. He loved silhouette. He would always email me match reports and let me know how the Apache 6 shot!!
My sincere condolences to his family

Met Charles back a few years ago. Have gotten several email from him since. We emailed a few weeks back. Sorry to hear of his passing, thoughts and prayers to his family.

I have to agree with Atomic Dogg. Charles attended a Regional at Lincolnton a few years back. He was very dedicated and a tough competitor. We will miss him greatly. RP

WOW! I've been away from home for a couple of weeks and unable to access the internet. And in that short time two of my friends have died, Charles & Major Golden. I can only repeat the accolades that precede this post. RIP old friend.

This is Charles daughter Tammy. Thank you so very much for your heart felt words. It is much appericated. I know he really love this sport and the IHMSA and share that love of shooting with my boys. My youngest Dylan will be shooting BB on Sunday thinking of his Granddad the whole time I'm sure.

Hi Tammy. Steve Roe here in NC. I got to know Charles while building a couple guns for him and met him at the Region II shoot a few years ago. He was a pleasure to work with and he did indeed have a passion for IHMSA and shooting. I really enjoyed meeting him and I am truly saddened tonight to learn of his passing. I too can relate to the "C" word as my wife has been battling breast cancer since 2008. She is doing great now and I thank God every day. Prayers for you and the family. The next time I shoot an XP I will send one downrange for Charles.

God bless.
