i voted no on canceling the int. i've only attended 2 of them but plan on going this year to texas. it is the backbone of ihmsa in my opinion, but as others have said it should be self sufficient. just my opinion though. allen

Stop paying region director and officer rooms and stop giving them free entries at the match would be the single most effective thing to do. But, I would surmise that they would simply not attend and we would not have board meetings which would violate the bylaws. Raising entry fees will drive shooters away. The real issue is declining membership and participation. The real question is how do we increase membership? And that requires 100% cooperation from the clubs. IHMSA cannot get your club a new member. You have to do that.

No apparent transparency in the org. No officers reports of any kind sooooo.
