Forms on the IHMSA site

Post by 260 Striker »

I just went to the IHMSA home page thinking there may be some info from the recent World Championship event and noticed we now have a FORMS page. I went to the page and found a download for some of our forms. They look great but I have one suggestion. If these forms were individual files in Word .doc format, then they could be downloaded and electronically updated by match directors. Now they can only be downloaded, printed and filled out by hand. This is a great step to saving money for IHMSA but could be made more user friendly for the local MDs. This step has taken work by the IHMSA staff and I think they are doing a great job for IHMSA. Thanks for considering this suggestion.

I think your idea is very good! I'm sure if you contact Cindy directly at Headquarters she could get those files to you in Word format.

Another option would be to scan the hand-written forms with an all-in-one printer/scanner. They would be in a format that could be sent be email.
