requirements for Records (presidents club) programs

This got brought up and needs to be posted.

For the Big bore and smallbore records program (AKA presidents club), these are mainly for iron sights scores.

To qualify for the aggregate, you must shoot a score of 100 (3 gun) or 140 (4 gun) and the guns to qualify is Standing, Production, revolver and unlimited.
The only exception is that Unlimited Standing can be substituted for any freestyle gun to qualify.
Unlimited any sight does not qualify for any aggregate score.

Individual scores can be submitted for the following:
A standing score of 30 or better
An unlimited Standing score of 32 or better
Unlimited any sight only for how many perfect scores a person shot during the year
For smallbore only a perfect score of 40 in Revolver will be included for recognition.

For 1/2 scale or 1/5 scale records program:
An aggregate score of 77 (40 round) or better qualifies (iron sight and scoped)
For individual scores: an iron sight score of 39 or better. Scoped of 40 only.

For Field pistol:
A Production score of 32 or greater qualifies for inclusion.
A Production Any Sight score of 36 or greater qualifies for inclusion.
A combined score of 60 or greater qualifies for inclusion in the aggregate class.

I do not know the requirements for Air Pistol but I am assuming they are the same as the Big bore presidents club.

There is no program for Practical Hunter. I also keep scores shot in a 60 or 80 round match individually but at the end of the year, these scores are converted to 40 round scores:

to convert scores to 40 round scores the following is performed:

for 60 round: all scores are added together then you multiply the total by 2. then divide that by 3.
for 80 round: all scores added together, then divide by 2.
