As Joe stated, steps were taken to improve service to the membership. Ray wanted to do the membership to get a hold on our finances. Dan wanted to have the match reports sent to him so he would have the info for the newsleter quicker. Also as he has the printers that can print on 100# paper so it make sense for him to print and mail out match supplies. Also with the new membership plan we needed more people on board to make sure the transition is as smooth as possible

Why is no one answering this very direct question. Is HQ WY closed? This is a yes or no answer. If no, what are the duties being performed there?

Sounds like we are becoming more efficient and that is a good thing but what is the "official" mailing address for IHMSA now? Last IHMSA News shows WY. As HQ staff changes then it sounds like our "official" mailing address changes too. Maybe we have multiple addresses since we no longer have just one operating site. I just checked the main page on our site and it still shows HQ at WY. Will that change? Also one membership form shows ND and the other shows WY. Looks like IHMSA is all over the place. I know changes are just now taking place so I'm sure all these locations will be adjusted accordingly.

We are in the middle of getting everything updated right now (including match forms). the interface to edit the website was down for a bit, but it is working now.
