I have a Ken Light Contender reverse UAS scope base for sale. I'd sell it for $75 OBO. I'm tired of it collecting dust and someone should get use out of it. It's in fantastic shape. It would be hard to distinguish from brand new.

I know it's been a long time since this was posted but I just checked the site again. I have 1 that I would sell and maybe even two. I'd have to dig into my safe, but if you are still looking then I'd make it happen.

Thanks guys...while I'm not particularly compelled to follow every rule in life, I wanted to understand the rules in case I decided to officially compete in the category. In the meantime, I'm planning to shoot it with the stuff that I have and that appears to fall within the rules.

So I've read through several other threads and I don't feel that my questions were ever really answered. I'm potentially interested in getting back into silhouette shooting through the Practical Hunter discipline.

Smallbore seems clear enough...any pistol that is < 21" overall and the scope is 6x ...

I can remember ringing two rams ever with my Hornet using a mild load with a 55gr spbt. Both were at the same range and both during the month of April when the temps were pretty cool. I just assumed it was more of a powder temperature sensitivity issue than underpowered cartridge.

Selling some of the herd that doesn't get used much anymore. I'm hoping someone can get some good use out of these Contender barrels.

Did you ever find a Contender frame? I've just started taking pictures to sell a few.

It's great ammo, but the extra velocity isn't really needed for silhouettes. My buddies shoot a lot of it for precision rimfire rifle shoots.
