Just thought I'd pass along an email I got from Pyramyd Air. If you are on the fence on buying a new air gun, this may just push you over...

Welcome Joe!
Re: CFE 223
I am using CFE 223 in my .243 with heavier bullets (95 grain) now. I'm flattening primers now so I'm still developing the load, but I'm quite happy with the change. (Because I'm still running hot, I won't release the load data...but my Striker loves it.)

Re: New Website
"There are classes that make it easy to compete with shooters who are on your skill level", (very few shooters are willing to spend the amount of money it takes to compete in the present classes).
Okay...Here's where I disagree with you. The quoted statement is absolutely true. I do it every year ...

Re: Custom Barrel
Again...be very careful with that statement. Just because a firearm was originally manufactured as a pistol, if converted to a rifle, cannot be converted back to a pistol. LEGALLY. I'm not saying it can't be done. As long as the ATF doesn't know, who cares right? Have a ball. The only thing I ask is ...

Re: Forum Participation
There's one thing that we all need to remember. One or two people on here do not make all of the decisions. Voice your idea. Don't take the discussion personally. I'm sure there will be 27 different angles to any idea. You can't get angry if someone disagrees with you. Perhaps someone has tried it ...

Re: New Website
I will say this now. If IHMSA moves to a cash/prize based organization, I will not shoot in it. The only thing keeping the cheaters from cheating right now is pride and honor. Give them a little incentive and they'll call their gun a Production gun even though it doesn't meet the rules of it. And ...

Re: Custom Barrel
I can now switch back to a handgun anytime I want.
Be very careful with that statement. As I have had it interpreted to me (I could be wrong), but once a rifle...always a rifle. To convert it back could get you into a lot of trouble. (The Contender and Encore are the only exception to this rule ...

Re: Forum Participation
I honestly don't see what you see. If I am an offender, I apologize as it was never intended that way. Many of us reply with our experiences, especially repeated ones. If it works consistently that way for one person, that person will answer matter-of-factly. I have seen several cases where one ...
