It uses the modern .429 44 mag/special bullets.
All of the modern manufacturers use the more common .429 instead of the traditional .426

Mike G., I found the Bomar rear and front hooded sight.
It seems to have all the screws but may need a small hex wrench to take off the hood.
I'm not sure what to sell it for, I'm guessing around $150 + shipping which should be $10.
