i came up with a 6tcu load for half scale that groups well,my concern is target damage,80gr nosler @2400fps,any thoughts on posible target damage,before i load up a couple hundred rounds

Should be no problem. Running 2400 + with my 6 BR and 107 matchkings, and 2500 + with the 6 TCU shooting 87 grain bullets. As long as they aren't mild steel targets you will be fine
