After all the sudden interest in the Anshutz Pistols, I did some research on them and here is what I found:
The Exemplar consisted of 3 models:
1. model 1416P has 5 shot mag, 10" barrel and left hand action
2. Model 1451P is a single shot, 10" Barrel and left hand Action.
3. Exemplar XIV is same as above except 14" Barrel.
There were some Right hand actions made of these for left hand shooters. All were made between 1987 and 1997.
The Model 64P replaced the Exemplar in 1998. these have a right hand action, 10" Barrel, 5 shot magazine and Rynite stock.
The model 64LP was the same as 64P Except it had a left hand action and 12" barrel.
There are some other models, but these were chambered in .22 Hornet and have a Model 54 Action.
There was also the special edition that was released about 2 years ago, but I do not know the model number
The Anshutz's I know can get confusing at times.
