July Match Results - Saline Creek Silhouette

Hot does not begin to describe conditions for our July match. It was 106 degrees in the shade. In spite of that, we had a good match today. David Heintz and his daughter Kayla made the long haul from south Louisiana to bask in our sauna. In UAS/INT, Kayla knocked them all down, but an out of sequence shot left her with a 38X40. Meanwhile, Non-Member Bruce Finley did get all 40 in UAS with his Anschutz. I missed a single pig for a 39X40 in Unlimited. David Heintz turned in a very respectable 38X40 in Fifth Scale with his Ruger Charger. But the question still remains. Why, though he used the same gun for both entries, did David hit more 1/5 scale targets than 3/8 scale targets? Thanks to all for braving the elements today.
