I am laying down the reins of the Marksmanship program. If soemone would like to take over this job please let me know. I can give you all the info you need to do the job but it is really not difficult. You do need to know how to properly, and accurately within reason measure a group on a target. Let me know as soon as possible if you are interested in taking over.
