Looking into a lead for you on a set of Bomars for the Super Blackhawk if this is what you are looking for. This is a set of Bomars with the front globe setup.
Let me know if this is what you are looking for and I can persue the details.

A way smaller crowd than when I first started shooting. But just as helpful as ever when one gets in a project. That is what drew me to this sport to begin with was the help and no secrets for the most part. The two above fellows, Steve and Tim, are the types that keep this thing going when we are in a slump.
Look forward to shaking your hand and buying some type of beverage of your choice some day.
Jeff
I am still looking for a rear sight for a Blackhawk though. May just have to wait out another Bowen.

Jeff, Current Ruger sight blades made by Hamilton Bowen have too wide a notch and leave lots of light on the sides of the front blade while sighting. Bowen used to make a narrow notch blade for Rugers and I had one of them years ago but they no longer make the narrow notch blades. I have also used the Bomar/Lansing setup for Rugers and while they sit high on the guns they do give excellent sight pictures. I have also had Millets on other Rugers and they worked well with the standard front sight blades. Too bad Millet quit making sights for Rugers. They were inexpensive but good, repeatable sights. Good luck in your continued search.
