IHMSA pins--nostalgia

Cindy at HQ was digging through the pile of things she and her husband brought out when moving HQ from Utah to Cheyenne, WY and they found a boatload of pins from previous World Championships. In total, there are 15 different years which there pins left from. I thought it was cool so I got a set, and maybe some of you out there will too, so we thought we would just put them on here as a lot and see if there is any interest.

We will sell these in lots, one pin from each year shown below, a total of 15 pins for $15 and add $5 for shipping (I think US Priority box is $5.60), so a total of $20. Or if you are going to OKC in July for the World Championship, we will have them there as well. Sorry if the picture is kind of cut off--if you click on it, the whole thing is viewable (Oklahoma City from 2012 is not shown in that picture, but I'm 99% sure there were some of those as well.

PM me if interested.

Years available are:
1992 (Ft. Stockton, TX)
1993 (Oak Ridge, TN)
1994 (Ft. Stockton)
1996 (Ft. Stockton)
1999 (Ft. Stockton)
2002 (Tusco)
2003 (Ft. Stockton)
2004 (Tusco)
2005 (Ft. Stockton)
2006 (Tusco)
2007 (Ft. Stockton)
2008 (Tusco)
2009 (Ft. Stockton)
2010 (Tusco)
2012 (Oklahoma City)
not shown is also the OKC 2012 pin

Guys,

These pins should be available at every International match. Iowa Hqtrs brought them, as did I when I ran Hqtrs for the years I ran it!

They maybe were laid aside, and just forgotten about!

I also think it is high time that we as members start the fund raisers (Donations to the general fund) in the IHMSA news again!

Idea long neglected!

Doug

They will be at this year's match at OKC--already have them bagged up in lots of 15 and have a couple of people already picking some up there. They will be $15 for a set.

i would like to thank the very gracious and generous dave whitman, who has been my friend for well over thirty years, for giving me his duplicate pins from the internationals. he would not let me pay him for these pins. he's a great fellow.

my want list now is down to 1976, the chicken with the letters w r h m sc 76, 1977, 1978, 1979, 1987, 1998, and 2001.

dave gave me several that i already had, so if anyone wants to trade for any of the above, i have duplicates of 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, and 1990.

he also gave me a pin for the 2004 30 year revival shoot in tucson, arizona. i really wish i had been to that one.

thanks, dave.

hi dan,
unfortunately i do not have any recent duplicates, but 2009 is recent enough that you might find that headquarters has an extra one.
good luck,
