Since we are trying to improve communication, especially with those "in charge", I have a suggestion. I'd like to have all Board Members, Regional Directors, and State Directors identify their position within IHMSA in their "signature" that shows at the bottom of every Forum post. If you serve your area as a Match Director or local Board Member, I'd like to see that identified in your "signature". This will give everyone a better idea where each person has experience and leadership.

You "might" also add past positions that you held in IHMSA. For example, not everyone will remember all the work that 19 Turkeys has done or the positions he held in IHMSA years ago.

Alvin, Good idea about adding past credentials. Some new MD may see and entry from a previous MD and ask for advice. I think many people will be shocked to see how dedicated some posters have been to IHMSA over the years. I hope they are not modest to let the members know what they have contributed to our sport. I know my hat is off to them.

Done, but my "accomplishments" pale in the shadow of Alvin's! Doubt there are enough allowable characters for him to list his contributions to IHMSA.
